This week's submitted task was to write a poem in the style of a martian. I loved reading these and had a great time guessing what the items were.

St George's day-
As our creative task was to find out more about St George and the show off our creative side. Here are some of the pieces we have produced about this Saint.

Science- Adaptation task
After doing some research and understanding that adaptation is a special skill which helps an animal to survive and do everything it needs to do. Also, that adaptations could be physical changes to the animals body or behavioural changes in how an individual animal or a society do things in their daily lives.
We designed an animals and it's adaptations to different habitats.

Mrs Smith asked us to practise our French vocabulary and phrases used at breakfast time.
As you can see we certainly enjoyed the opportunity to say and eat these delicious treats.

As it was the 75th anniversary of VE Day this week we researched to find out what happened that day and why it was significant.

In our Home Learning task this week we investigated a selection of poems before choosing which animal we would like to write a poem about. Our challenge was to include all the words from the vocabulary bank.
